Thank you for choosing Joyful Morning Wellness for your health coaching journey. Health coaching offers a supportive space to explore your wellness vision and develop strategies to achieve your goals. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions to ensure a productive and positive experience.

Coaching Session Guidelines

At Joyful Morning Wellness, we create a confidential environment where you can focus on your well-being. Any personal information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost respect.
In some instances, you may be advised to seek medical clearance before proceeding with coaching sessions, especially if you have a complex medical history. Your safety is our priority, and we will notify you if further medical advice is needed. By booking a session, you agree that continued coaching may be contingent on such approval.

Scope of Practice

As a qualified Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Coach, I focus on guiding you in areas that include  nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness, but I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. I hold certifications from Well College Global and am a member of HCANZA (Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association) and the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists). I follow their standards and ethical guidelines, recommending clients see appropriate health professionals when necessary.
Additionally, I maintain professional insurance to ensure high standards of care and compliance.

Corporate and Community Wellness Workshops

Rebecca Jungic & Joyful Morning Wellness also offers wellness workshops tailored for businesses and community groups. These workshops address topics like stress management, nutrition, and mental well-being.
  • Corporate Coaching: Sessions designed for teams, focusing on employee wellness, productivity, and healthy work habits.
  • Community Workshops: Wellness workshops available in-person (within Brisbane) or online (Australia-wide), covering topics like nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management. .

Booking & Cancellation for Workshops:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your workshop booking.
  • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
  • Changes to session time or format can be made up to 48 hours prior, subject to availability.

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are currently available as 3 session, one month, three month and 6 month packages. These are to be paid for in advance.

3 Sessions: Includes 3 sessions (up to 1 hour in length)- To be used within a two month time frame

1 Month: 4 sessions (up to one hour in length), to be used within a one month time frame. 1 x 10 minute phone call and weekly email for additional support and accountability.

3 Month: 6 sessions (up to one hour in length), to be used within a three month time frame. 3 x 10 minute phone calls and weekly email for additional support and accountability.

6 Month: 12 sessions (Up to one hour in length), to be used within a sixth month time frame. 6 x 10 minute phone calls and weekly email for additonal support and accountability.

Packages may be updated at any time at the discretion of the coach. Packages already purchased will retain their inclusions available at the time of booking. Additional packages booked will be charged at the new rate and the inclusions may differ.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For individual coaching, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge, and failure to attend without notice will result in a full session fee. Exceptions for personal or medical emergencies will be considered compassionately.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

The coach reserves the right to reschedule the appointment in the event of personal events, every effort will be made to notify the client in a timely manner.

Late Arrivals Policy

If you arrive late (up to 10 minutes), the session will still end at the scheduled time. Please notify us if you’re running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you, though the session will still conclude as scheduled in respect of later booked clients.

Limitation of Liability

Rebecca Jungic & Joyful Morning Wellness are not liable for any health issues resulting from the coaching services provided. Coaching is intended for guidance and educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice. Clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare providers before making significant health changes.

No Medical Advice Disclaimer

Our services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions. Clients should seek professional medical advice when necessary.

Informed Consent

By participating in coaching services, clients acknowledge their understanding of the nature of health coaching and voluntarily agree to engage. Clients may discontinue at any time and are responsible for their own health decisions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring confidentiality of your personal and health information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined here.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, contact details, date of birth, address, Next of Kin.
  • Health Information: Medical history, current conditions, lifestyle details.
  • Payment Information: Card details used for services.
  • Communication: Data from emails, calls, or other correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: To personalize your coaching based on your needs.
  • Record Keeping: To track your progress.
  • Communication: For appointment reminders and service updates.
  • Legal Compliance: To meet regulatory and professional standards.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your information is securely stored in a cloud-based system that follows strict security standards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Confidentiality and Disclosure

Your information remains confidential and will only be shared if:
  • Required by law.
  • Necessary for professional auditing or regulatory compliance.

5. Data Retention

We keep your records for seven years from your last session, after which they are securely deleted.

6. Access to Your Session Notes

You may request a copy of your session notes at any time in writing. We will provide them within a reasonable time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request the personal data we hold.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to retention requirements.
This policy ensures that your personal and health information is used responsibly and kept secure.

Payment Policy

We offer flexible payment options, including:

  • Cash: Accepted at face-to-face sessions, at the discretion of the coach.
  • Square Payments: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards with tap-and-go functionality.
  • After Pay: An additional fee of 4% plus 30 cents will be charge to cover the cost of AfterPay as per AfterPay’s fee schedule.
  • Paypal: Paypal available.For your convenience, we accept payments through PayPal for health coaching services. Please note that PayPal charges a fee of 2.99% of the total transaction amount, plus an additional AUD 0.49 for credit and debit card payments. This fee will be applied at checkout.
  • If you choose to pay via AfterPay or PayPal, this fee helps cover the costs of secure payment processing, ensuring a seamless and protected transaction experience.
  • Should you have any questions regarding AfterPay or PayPal payments, feel free to reach out for assistance.
  • Bank Transfer with OSKO: For your convenience, we offer payment via bank transfer, including Osko. Osko payments allow for near-instant processing, ensuring that your payment is received quickly and securely. Please use the provided account details when making a transfer and include your name as a reference for easy identification.

Important Points:

  • If Osko is enabled by your bank, the payment will usually be processed within minutes.
  • Standard bank transfers may take up to 1-2 business days, depending on your bank and are only accepted when the payment will clear prior to your appointment. 
  • Please notify us once the payment is made to confirm your session booking.

If you have any questions about bank transfer payments or Osko, feel free to reach out.

  • Pay in 4: A 4% surcharge applies for installment payments via Square’s Pay in 4 option.
The first payment is due at the time of booking, with the remaining three payments scheduled at regular intervals (as set by Square).

Rebecca Jungic and Joyful Morning Wellness are not liable for any data breaches or security issues that may occur within these Payment Service Providers. Clients are encouraged to review the privacy and security policies of their chosen Payment Service Provider for more information.

Rebecca Jungic, trading as Joyful Morning Wellness, does not store or have access to clients’ payment information. All payment processing is securely managed through third-party Payment Service Providers, including Square, PayPal, AfterPay, and others.

Payment is due at the time of booking or before the session begins. For packages, full payment is required upfront unless using the Pay in 4 option. Any unpaid balances must be settled before future appointments.
  • Coaching Packages: If you purchase a coaching package, full payment is required prior to your first session, unless utilizing the Pay in 4 option.

Cost Per Session and Price Adjustments

The cost of sessions and packages is determined by the coach and may change from time to time. Clients will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any fee increases. Special offers and discounts are at the coach’s discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations will be issued if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the session. For workshops, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to receive a full refund. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

If you choose to terminate your coaching agreement and have purchased a package (before completing all the included sessions,) a refund will be provided for the remaining sessions, less a 40% administration fee. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please note that sessions already attended are not eligible for a refund.

At the coach’s discretion, the administration fee may be waived or reduced based on individual circumstances.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to Queensland courts.

Force Majeure 

Rebecca Jungic & Joyful Morning Wellness is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters or technical failures.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials provided by Rebecca Jungic & Joyful Morning Wellness during sessions, workshops, and programs are our intellectual property (unless otherwise stated) and may not be reproduced without permission.

Testimonials and Marketing

We may request to use client testimonials or feedback for marketing purposes, including but not limited to Social Media, Website and other online and marketing materials,  but will only do so with your written consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Client-Coach Relationship

Our relationship is based on mutual respect, honesty, and a commitment to your health. To get the most from our sessions, openness and professionalism are essential. Either party may terminate the coaching relationship if these standards are not upheld or either feels we’re not a good fit.
Coaching notes will be securely stored for seven years in compliance with international guidelines and shared only when required for auditing purposes.

Professional Standards

I, Rebecca Jungic, maintain professional development, uphold coaching best practices, and retain membership with HCANZA and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. I am fully insured, ensuring your coaching experience meets the highest standards.

Definitions

  • Health Coaching: Sessions focused on self-reflection, goal setting, and progress tracking, potentially including assessments. Available Online or in person.
  • Coach: Rebecca Jungic from Joyful Morning Wellness- Qualified Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach.
  • Client: An adult aged 18 or older, residing in Australia or overseas (outside the USA and it’s territories for online sessions). Face-to-face sessions are offered in Ipswich, Queensland (at the discretion of the coach); Online sessions are available nationwide and internationally.
  • Joyful Morning Wellness: The registered business of Rebecca Jungic offering health and wellness coaching.
  • Coaching Session: Includes Discovery Sessions, One on one and group coaching/workshop sessions.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated in line with best practices. Clients will be notified via email of any changes.
By booking a session, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
